James was born in the family home in 1862 and resided there until his marriage to Eliza Ann Newman in 1886 at Bethnal Green. At this point they moved in to 45 Menotti Street, Bethnal Green.By 1890 they had moved into 57 Collard Road, Walthamstow where he continued to live until his death in 1902. For most of his working life James was a Brass Finisher. |
